Your first day at SQORUS
Joining a new company is always a turning point for you as an employee. This is a key stage, where you confirm your first impressions of the exchanges you’ve had during recruitment interviews.
At SQORUS, we take care of these first moments with a morning of individual or group integration, and above all, fun!
Your first months at SQORUS
At SQORUS, we know that the first few months of integration are essential if you want to continue the adventure and become an accomplished SQORUSian!
That's why we continue onboarding in the following months, with a well-defined, qualitative and individualized process. This includes regular exchanges with your manager, your local HR and a follow-up of your trial period, month after month.
An event to celebrate your arrival
And to mark the occasion: we've planned an integration evening, a convivial event so that you can share this onboarding experience with other newcomers, but also with members of management to get to know them better.
