Junior Consultant

The junior consultant develops and implements his/her skills at our customers' sites. I.el has an appetite for change and for discovering all our offers.

Autonomy and first responsibilities

Confirmed Consultant

The Confirmed Consultant takes charge of part of the missions alone or with a project team. He/she adapts and reprioritizes activities and organization in response to changes.

Supervision and Council

Senior Consultant

The Senior Consultant takes on assignments alone or as part of a project team.

I.le offers solutions and improvements to our customers by contributing its expertise. He/she helps to pass on skills to more junior consultants.

Expertise and relay point

Delivery Manager & Project Manager

The Delivery Manager assesses, anticipates and coordinates project contexts in conjunction with customers. I.le formalizes recommendations for change and offers support/solutions adapted to different customer contexts.

Guarantor of proximity and strategy

Manager

The manager coordinates a range of activities and players, acting as a leader and expert.

As a local manager, i.le supervises and develops offers and consultants. I.le also develops its network and participates in our sales proposals.

Senior Manager

The Senior Manager manages an activity in its own right. In partnership with the directors, he/she is the strategic decision-maker.
