We are committed to raising our managers' awareness of the challenges of parenthood in the workplace. We aim to break down stereotypes and promote a culture where employees who are parents are supported and respected.
Favourable environment
SQORUS strives to create a favorable working environment for parent-employees, particularly pregnant women and young mothers.
We promote autonomy and encourage group and individual working hours to enable employees who are parents to be with their children. Special arrangements can be made for working hours or telecommuting.
Non-discrimination and career development
